PILATES

I can put together personalized one to one sessions via video or in person based on the level that you would like to work and the type of session you are interested in. Whether it be solely bodyweight based or involving the various props that can be used.

BOWEN TECHNIQUE

Is a gentile and precise therapy that uses rolling hand movements  to gently stretch the fascia and soft tissue that covers all of your muscles and organs to promote pain relief. Bowen can be used to treat musculoskeletal or related neurological problems including sports related injuries  and chronic or organic conditions.

TRX

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance  Exercise and it uses your own body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, flexibility, balance and core stability.

POWER PLATE

Power Plate works by giving you a high- speed workout using multi-directional vibrations that contract and relax your muscles, which cause your body to work harder to maintain stability.
